What is the Engineering Verification System (EVS)?
Every product on Ayubaba is assessed by a qualified engineer against a standardised checklist covering condition, functionality, provenance, and safety. The results are logged and published as a Verification Record with a unique EVS ID, so you can see exactly what was checked before you buy.
What is the difference between Verified Refurbished and Verified Sustainable?
Verified Refurbished covers pre-owned electronics assessed against our core engineering checks. Verified Sustainable covers new electronics independently assessed for environmental credentials, including energy certification, materials sourcing, and packaging sustainability.
How do I know a product has been properly checked?
Every listing includes a full Verification Record, showing the engineer's assessment results and a unique EVS ID. You can view this before purchasing.
What is your returns policy?
See our Returns Policy page for full details. In short, returns are accepted within 30 days if an item does not match its Verification Record or is found to be faulty.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days.
Do you offer a warranty?
Verified Refurbished products come with a 6 month warranty covering faults identified through our EVS process. Verified Sustainable products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty.
